Behind this venture is Chef Harikrishnan (Hari), a seasoned professional with a B.Sc. in Hotel & Tourism Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management.
With over 10 years of experience working in some of the world’s finest establishments—including Taj Vivanta Bekal, Radisson Sharjah, Rotana Abu Dhabi, Grand Millennium Dubai, and Address Hotel Dubai Mall—Chef Hari has mastered both international and local cuisines.
For the past eight years, he has been the driving force behind Aaky’s, a gourmet baking and culinary brand in Palakkad, specializing in artisan cakes, handcrafted pizzas, and premium baked goods. His expertise in flavors, techniques, and high-quality ingredients ensures that every meal is an experience worth savoring.
